I got a great email from a business owner who read my eBook, Triple-Threat Leadership. He wrote about what he discovered in himself through the assessment.
I am actually stunned at the insights and accuracy of the assessment. I knew I was a connector, but the comparative relationship to the other 5 intrigued and nailed me. Being a 10 on connector wasn’t surprising, nor was 4 on theorizer. I do think that goes to the entrepreneur side of me. It was the relative relationship of the other four. I scored a total of 14 on the people-oriented side of the spectrum and 6 on the task-oriented side. This clearly demonstrates why I struggle with accomplishing goals like and achiever and getting things sorted out like an organizer. My next step is obvious: develop my strategy-executing skills. Thanks!
I love getting emails like this. It’s always exciting and humbling to me when I hear how my work has helped someone. I’d appreciate hearing more stories as well. For those who have read Triple-Threat Leadership, please let me know how my the 3Threat concepts have helped you and/or your organization. For those who haven’t yet read the eBook, the email above probably sounded like gibberish, but it will make much more sense once you’ve read Triple-Threat Leadership.
