Hi, I’m Alan Danielson.
What is 3Threat.net? This site exists to help leaders master three essential leadership skills: casting vision, creating strategy, and fostering relationships. Without all three skills a leader will never achieve the highest level.
I was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and became a follower of Christ at age 15. Having 20 years of ministry experience, I recently served as the Central Team Leader for LifeGroups at LifeChurch.tv in Edmond, Oklahoma where I led over 1,000 Small Groups on LifeChurch.tv’s 13 campuses in 6 different states.
Now, I’m an independent small group ministry consultant and leadership coach with a passion for helping leaders achieve the highest levels of effectiveness. I’ve coached corporate executives, business owners and pastors using my proprietary Triple-Threat Leadership Spectrum (© 2010).
I love to communicate and I’ve spoken at both Willow Creek and Saddleback Small Group Conferences as well as the RightNow 2009 conference alongside Francis Chan, Mark Batterson, George Barna, Matt Chandler and more. I’ve been married to my lovely wife, Stacey, since 1994 and we have three sons: Taylor, Landry and Hayden. Stacey and I are passionate about Autism because our oldest son is on the Autism spectrum, so we started a non-profit organization called TeamAutism.org.
