Hi, I’m Alan Danielson.

I was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and became a follower of Christ at age 15.  Having 20+ years of ministry experience, I now serve as the Senior Pastor of New Life Bible Church in Norman, Oklahoma.  Previously I served as the Central Team Leader for LifeGroups at LifeChurch.tv in Edmond, Oklahoma where I led over 1,000 Small Groups on LifeChurch.tv’s 14 campuses in 5 different states.

As well as pastoring, I am currently an independent small group ministry consultant and leadership coach with a passion for helping leaders achieve the highest levels of effectiveness.  I’ve coached corporate executives, business owners and pastors using my proprietary Triple-Threat Leadership Spectrum (© 2010).

I love to communicate and I’ve spoken at both Willow Creek and Saddleback Small Group Conferences as well as the RightNow Conference alongside Francis Chan, Mark Batterson, George Barna, Matt Chandler and more.  I’ve been married to my lovely wife, Stacey, since 1994 and we have three sons:  Taylor, Landry and Hayden.  Stacey and I are passionate about Autism because two of our sons are on the Autism spectrum, so we started a non-profit organization called TeamAutism.org.
